It’s time to hit the gym—again.
I’ve already started home routines to get me in the mood. So, within a couple of days, I will be back in the habit of having that urge to exercise.
I’ve been inactive since February. Talk about a long gap, huh?
I’m going to try to build a calendar for myself—mostly for reference so I know where I stand. As long as I follow a schedule, I’ll be more inclined to continue until the coming months.
I have a 40 day challenge in mind. Actually, that’s great timing. School begins that week! What luck!
